Break up your day with this daily (M-F) afternoon, restorative mini-class. Start with diaphragmatic breathing, move into slow and gentle releases, and then engage your hips, belly, and back using classical Pilates movements.

This is a low-intensity class and safe for all levels.

Class Schedule:

Monday through Friday 12pm CST
